Supportive, Empowering and Meditative

 

Our Style

 

At Liquid Room, We offer Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a style of yoga that focusses on synchronising the flow of breath with yoga postures through carefully planned yoga sequences that are designed to develop strength and flexibility, eliminate toxins through building heat and to connect the mind and body.

Alignment Flow

 

This class emphasises building strong and rooted foundations in yoga practice. With a focus on proper alignment, breath, and foundational postures, students will cultivate stability, body awareness, and a solid base for their ongoing yoga journey.

This class is also recommended to anyone who are new to yoga practice.

Mindful Flow

 

This class invites students to embrace sustained serenity through the practice of slow flow. With gentle movements, extended holds, and a focus on deep breathing, participants cultivate a state of calmness, balance, and inner peace.

This class is suitable to all levels.

Awaken Flow

 

This class combines energising postures, mindful breathwork, and fluid movements to awaken the body’s energy and promote a sense of renewal and empowerment as students rise to greet the day.

This class is suitable to all levels.

Empower Flow

 

This class empowers practitioners to embrace their strength, confidence, and potential. Through invigorating sequences and empowering postures, students cultivate physical and mental resilience, enabling them to step into their personal power with grace and determination.

This class is recommended for individuals who are looking to develop their practice from beginners to intermediate or advance.

Tranquil Yin

 

This class combines the tranquility of yin yoga with a meditative approach to fascia release. Through gentle, long-held yin postures, participants experience deep relaxation while promoting the release of tension in the fascia. The class also incorporates meditation techniques to enhance mindfulness, restore balance, and foster a sense of inner harmony.

This class is suitable to all levels and perfect for athletes or individuals who does not have a consistent yoga flow practice.

 

Monthly Sunday Guided Meditation

 

Once month on Sunday at 5:30pm (45 min – 60 min), you will have the opportunity to explore and experience various styles of meditation.  We will be combining classes between Traditional Meditation Practices, Pranayama Breathwork and Yoga Nidra one Sunday of each month to allow individuals to explore and experience the benefits of Meditation across various traditions and cultures.  You will be guided by our experienced teachers who are passionate and have knowledge on how it can be incorporated into your daily lifestyles.

These sessions are FREE for Unlimited Monthly Yoga Members / Float Club and Infrared Sauna Members. Otherwise, these session only cost $10 per session for non-members (including 10 or 20 yoga pass holder).

This class is suitable to All levels, including someone who does not have a consistent yoga practice.

Community Flow

 

“Giving back to the community”is the philosophy behind our Community Flow yoga class. This initiative’s aim is to provide anyone within the community to attend a yoga class based on a donation payment scheme to the instructor.  You will decide on how much you would like to donate to the class after you’ve attended.   At the same time, Liquid Room would like to support the yoga teaching community and would invite teachers who are currently in training or recently graduated from a respectable and reputable yoga school to guide the session, allowing them to have the opportunity to grow and be mentored by our staff. This mutually beneficial initiative encourages the practice of yoga to be assessable and shared by everyone within the community.
