Enjoy a luxurious experience of INFRARED SAUNA in your very own private room equipped with private showers, cold wet towels to cool down in between, and most of all, watch your favourite show on Netflix or chill out with our relaxing playlists on Spotify.
We have designed and prepared the space to ensure highest quality Infrared Experience, while enhancing detoxification and healing throughout your body with the highest quality equipment on the market today.
Includes:
- 60 minutes total time in your private room equipped with shower, toilets and hairdryer.
- 45 Min Infrared Sauna sessions
- Special Light Therapy with a selection of colours that best suit your needs.
- Private shower
- 3 towels (2 for use in sauna room, 1 fresh towels for shower)
- 2 wet face wash for cool down in between sessions (incredibly therapeutic for muscle recovery and cleansing of pores).
- Bath wash, Shampoo, Conditioner
- Post Sauna Tea in lounge room.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes earlier for your first session.
