- You can redeem your gift card up to 3 years (or according to the latest Consumer Affairs policy) from date of purchase unless otherwise stated for special discounted gift cards.
- Combined services must be used together on the same day.
- Please note that where services cannot be provided due to changes, we can provide credit to be put towards other services.
- All purchases are non-refundable. Services purchased are non-redeemable into other services not listed in this package.
- Services redeemed will be subjected to the terms of use and expiry date of the service(s).
- All packages are for single person use only and unless specified.
- For 16 years and older ONLY. At times, we can make exceptions for someone younger only if prior discussions are made before the purchase. No refund will be provided once purchases are made and we reserve the right to turn away anyone younger than 16 to attend and we can make exception for credits to be transferred and be used within 3 months of purchase.

COUPLES PACKAGE: Couples float requires 2 people comfortably floating nude together in our large Double Room. Couples Infrared Sauna refers to 2 people in the same room at the same time.
