Vinyasa Flow + Chanting with Ivy:
This class is suitable for practitioner who has done yoga before but YOGA can be explored in various ways even if you’ve never done it before. This class focusses on non-attachment as Ivy speaks about what it means to be unconditional with our actions and our generosity. She will also guide you through a short chanting session “Om Mani Padme Hum” to tap into our deeper consciousness of purity before moving into an energising Vinyasa Flow practice followed by Pranayama and Savasana.
15 Minutes Guided Meditation:
Enjoy two guided meditation 1) “Tree of knowledge” and 2) “Compassion for Self and Others” are suitable for all levels of practitioner. Please ensure that you prepare your practice with blankets, cushions and use of a wall for added support. This is a short 15 minutes deeply relaxing meditations.
Our classes ranges from BEGINNERS to INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCE. We have 34 classes each week, choosing between LIVE STREAMING or REPLAY of Yoga Flow classes, Yin Yoga and Meditation, just to name a few.
