CLEANSING GREEN ALOE SMOOTHIES
Aloe Vera first thing in the morning is a must, and works perfecting in a post-yoga class shake. Aloe cleanses the gut, good fats in avocado & plant protein complete my breakfast shake to keep me moving all day long.
THROW THE FOLLOWING INTO YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR:
1/4 cup Aloe Vera Juice
1 Banana
2 Kale leaves
1 handful of baby spinach
1 tbs Organic Honey
1 tbs of Plant-based Protein Powder
1 small avocado
Couple of Fresh Mint LeavePlace all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. To thicken, add more ice cubes. To make more runny, add more coconut water. Pour into a class and serve with a sprinkle of chia seeds & a mint leaf!
