“IVY EVENDEN’S FAMOUS BLISS BALLS”
For those that joined us last month for Chris Dixon’s fabulous Progression
Yoga Workshop, you would have tried Ivy’s homemade Bliss Balls. Lucky for
us she has shared the recipe! Perfect to have with morning tea!
THROW THE FOLLOWING INTO YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR:
1 CUP ALMONDS
1 CUP SUNFLOWER SEEDS
1 CUP SHREADED COCONUT
1/2 CUP GOJI BERRIES
1/4 COLD-PRESSED COCONUT OIL
10 PITTED DATES
5 DRIED FIGS
A PINCH OF SALT
Process until the mixture “crumbles”
and is slightly sticky. If too dry, add
more coconut oil. If too wet, add more
shredded coconut.
Using your hands to mold the mixture
into bite-sized balls and place in a container.
Pop in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
Refrigerate for up to 7 days. Enjoy!
