First Time Floating?

Congratulations on being one-step closer to ‘Floating’ for the first time. Please ARRIVE 15 Minutes before your appointment to allow our friendly staff to provide you with some important information. Below is a list of a things that you need to be aware of before your first float, so please read carefully.

What to Expect?

As explained by a pre-eminent scientist; “Floating is a method of attaining the deepest rest that humankind has ever experienced.” Essentially, you’ll be spending an hour or so lying quietly in the dark, suspended in a warm solution of Epsom salt, about 10″ deep, and so dense that you float effortlessly. Soft and gentle meditative music will be played to help you relax and eventually turned off so that you are left in the complete serenity of silence. You have the option to keep the soft lightning and/or music to stay on if you wish.  In short, you will experience complete mental and physical relaxation.
